Kristi Jagels, MSPT
Originally from Sioux Falls, SD, Kristi earned her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine in 1994. For three years she practiced at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Norfolk before beginning a contract service located at Countryside Home in Madison. Due to the growth of outpatient services, she opened Taylor Creek Physical Therapy in Madison in 2008 and expanded its services to Norfolk, opening a second location in September, 2009. Kristi emphasizes a healthy life style for her patients. Her goals are to provide individual care to alleviate pain and improve strength through therapy and promoting patient responsibility for their own home program. Kristi and husband Gary have three children. Her family activities include baking, boating, camping and snow skiing. |

Ben Sudbeck, PT, DPT
Ben was raised in Norfolk, NE and graduated from Norfolk Catholic High School in 2001. After earning a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Creighton in 2007, he joined the Makovika/Sylliaasen Physical Therapy group. During his three years there, he helped establish clinics in Yutan and Waverly. Ben focuses on evidence based treatment in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation and is currently pursuing certification in Physical Therapy for dancers and performers. Ben enjoys going to concerts and Husker football games and looks forward to becoming an active member of the Norfolk community. |

Amy Nielsen, PTA
Amy grew up in Columbus, NE and graduated from Northeast Community College completing the Physical Therapy Assistant program in 2004. She has worked with Kristi for 5 years, and strives to create a relaxed team oriented atmosphere during therapy sessions. Her and husband Derek have two children with whom she enjoys playing, baking and watching movies. |

Corenna Iverson, PTA
Corenna was raised on a farm in south central Nebraska and graduated from Campbell High School. Corenna and her husband Mike, along with daughter Morgan, moved to Columbus, NE in 2007 to be closer to family. Corenna completed the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Northeast Community College in Norfolk in August of 2009, graduating at the top of her class. She joined the Taylor Creek Physical Therapy team in September of the same year. Corenna brings great energy and enthusiasm to her job. Her interests include spending time with family and friends, and enjoying nature. |

Karen Knapp, Office Mgr
Originally from southwest Iowa, Karen graduated from Dana College in 1991 with a B.S. in Social Work. In addition to her clerical duties, Karen enjoys helping keep patients positive and motivated throughout the day. Karen and husband Kyle stay active with their three children and following Husker Volleyball. |
